DOOG's stylish, lightweight collars are made from quick dry, water friendly neoprene so are great for dog's with sensitive skin and hot spots. The neoprene material contains an antibacterial agent and draws moisture away from the skin.


BONUS: Comes with a silver doggie ID tag to engrave your pet's contact details onto (excludes X Small size).

Note: Please take your dogs neck measurements to ensure you purchase the correct size.

X-Small -(puppy) adjustable from 4" - 10" (0.4 wide)

Small - adjustable from 9" - 13" (0.7" wide)

Med - adjustable from 12' - 18" (0.9" wide)

Large - adjustable from 16" - 24" (1.3" wide)

Pick Up & Delivery

When will my order be ready for pickup? 

At All Paws Retreat, we strive to provide efficient and timely service to our customers. To ensure a smooth and convenient pick-up experience, orders placed within regular business hours will be ready for pick up within two hours of the order confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation via email that your order was received. Once we have finished processing your pick up order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.
 
Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be ready for pick up the following day during regular business hours. You will receive an order confirmation via email that your order was received. Once we have finished processing your pick up order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.
 
Regular Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, Sunday 9am-1pm 

 

When will my delivery order arrive?

Need something for your pup quickly but don’t have the time to come and get it? All Paws Retreat conveniently offers local delivery! We deliver up to 10 miles from our physical store location. To see if you are within our delivery area, input your address and the delivery zone map will indicate if you are in the selected area.

Monday-Friday:

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm will be delivered the same day between 3-6:00pm
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be delivered on the following business day between 3-6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday:

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm will be delivered the same day between 2-5:00pm
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm will be delivered on the following business day between 2-5:00pm

 

Shipping

Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST. If the order is placed before 2:00 EST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 2:00 EST then add one additional day.

We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Orders shipping in the continental US via UPS arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.
