For our Digestive Health treats, we use the highest quality ingredients, complete with prebiotics, probiotics, and fresh oats and pumpkin to give your pup the best poops on the block.

Our Digestive Health treats feature the highest quality ingredients, carefully selected to support your pet's digestive system. We go beyond the basics by including prebiotics, probiotics, and a blend of fresh oats and pumpkin.

Crickets have proven to be a hypoallergenic protein for pups. In addition we avoid common allergens for pups like beef, chicken, soy, dairy, egg, and gluten. Chock-full of protein, nutrients, and calcium, crickets are a natural superfood. Crickets beat traditional proteins in almost every metric. When it comes to protein Crickets are 65% protein by make up and contain more protein per gram than chicken. Crickets are more sustainable than most vegetables and we we compare them to traditional proteins the numbers are astonishing. Crickets use exponentially less water and land than beef or chicken to produce.

Pick Up & Delivery

When will my order be ready for pickup? 

At All Paws Retreat, we strive to provide efficient and timely service to our customers. To ensure a smooth and convenient pick-up experience, orders placed within regular business hours will be ready for pick up within two hours of the order confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation via email that your order was received. Once we have finished processing your pick up order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.
 
Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be ready for pick up the following day during regular business hours. You will receive an order confirmation via email that your order was received. Once we have finished processing your pick up order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick up.
 
Regular Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, Sunday 9am-1pm 

 

When will my delivery order arrive?

Need something for your pup quickly but don’t have the time to come and get it? All Paws Retreat conveniently offers local delivery! We deliver up to 10 miles from our physical store location. To see if you are within our delivery area, input your address and the delivery zone map will indicate if you are in the selected area.

Monday-Friday:

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm will be delivered the same day between 3-6:00pm
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be delivered on the following business day between 3-6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday:

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm will be delivered the same day between 2-5:00pm
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm will be delivered on the following business day between 2-5:00pm

 

Shipping

Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST. If the order is placed before 2:00 EST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 2:00 EST then add one additional day.

We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Orders shipping in the continental US via UPS arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.
